Embroidery is the most classy way to finish stuff. We embroider products and fabricate patches by ourselfes, aswell as the programming of the computerized embroidery files (punching). Please take a look at some of our past jobs or ask one of our many satisfied custumers.

 Direct Embroidery
The name tells it´s own story, products get directly embroidered, no application neccessary.
The product gets clamped in a frame to set it into the machine and to make sure, that no double layer will be stoat by running.

  Patches
There are two different kinds of embroidered patches.
For smaller amounts an embroidered border is usually (right), the fabric gets cut after embroidering.
Linked Edges (left) can only be used in simple shapes like circles, ovales, rectangles, ordinary crest froms etc. Minimum 50 pcs.

 Computerized File

 Standard FontsOur softwarecomes with ready-made embroidery fonts. For those no programming costs accrue maybe only typesetting costs, it depends on the amount. There are a few settings necessary to fit them to the size of the font and the material, no copy and paste possible.HERE you can see all fonts.
